My Name is Still Alice by Joan Micklin Silver & Julianne Boyd September

critically-acclaimed sequal to the hit musical review continues to explore contemporary
women this time in the 1990's. The music ranges from gospel to country
western to rock to some glorious pop ballads. "The
two dozen or so writers, composers and lyricists responsible for this material
forego the meat cleaver for the ostrich plume and clearly would rather tickle
the male chauvinist pig to death than hack him to pieces."
